MEDITATIONS during COVID PANDEMIC PART VI Anxiety and Depression due to...

My talk will emphasize or a very e important aspect of mental health that is neuroplastic behavior due to persistent #anxiety in the patients of #Covid19.The persistent level of anxiety may lead to depressive state of the individuals in non-covid States also. Anxiety is your body's natural response to stress. It's a feeling of fear or apprehension about what's to come. The first day of school, going to a job interview, or giving a speech may cause most people to feel fearful and nervous. Occasional anxiety is OK. But anxiety disorders are different. They’re a group of mental illnesses that cause constant and overwhelming anxiety and fear. The excessive anxiety can make you avoid work, school, family get-togethers, and other social situations that might trigger or worsen your symptoms. The main symptom of anxiety disorders is excessive fear or worry. Anxiety disorders can also make it hard to breathe, sleep, stay still, and concentrate. Your specific symptoms depend on the type of anxiety disorder you have. Common symptoms are: • Panic, fear, and uneasiness • Feelings of panic, doom, or danger • Sleep problems • Not being able to stay calm and still • Cold, sweaty, numb, or tingling hands or feet • Shortness of breath • Breathing faster and more quickly than normal (hyperventilation) • Heart palpitations Mental illness itself possesses the greatest threat to the daily habits, lifestyle, socioeconomic status as well as mortality and morbidity associated with COVID-19 (Walker et al., 2015), which also affects the clinical outcomes. Furthermore, altered psychology can cause abnormal perception and thinking, impaired social behavior, delusions, hallucinations, cognitive dysfunction, and social isolation that may result in poor treatment adherence, and non-seeking of health care facilities. Patients with a serious mental illness ultimately live a compromised quality of life (Evans et al., 2007). Patients with a pre-existing severe mental illness shown to have 2-3 folds higher risk for severe clinical outcomes as compared to patients with no history of mental disabilities (Lee et al., 2020). A meta-analysis showed the prevalence of anxiety (23.2%) and depression (22.8%) with variability among males and females (Pappa et al., 2020). Another study disclosed a higher psychological impact on younger people and comorbid patients (Ozamiz-Etxebarria et al., 2020). Moreover, unjustified fear of COVID-19 leads to elevated anxiety among the general population and in comorbid patients leading to stigmatization and discrimination (Mowbray, 2020). Yoga #meditation may also promote neuroplastic changes in the executive brain system. Fewer cognitive failures and greater gray matter volume (GMV) have been reported in the frontal, limbic, temporal, occipital, and cerebellar regions of yoga meditation practitioners than in matched controls. Studies examining the effects of #meditative therapies based on yogic principles on both stress and anxiety have demonstrated positive outcomes on #anxiety. #Mind sound resonance technique (MSRT) is an advanced yoga technique involving #mindful relaxation using mantra to generate resonance, which is believed to induce deep relaxation for the mind and body #indiaagainstmutilatedyoga #yogaforneurosciences #spiritualtraverllers #shakti #energy #peace #solitude #karma #shimla #hiking #sadhna #shiva #GORAKH #nath #spiritulism #MIND #kundalini Adesh Adesh !!

MEDITATIONS during COVID PANDEMIC PART III कृतज्ञता की भावना (GRATITUDE)

KRITAGYATA (कृतज्ञता) is

formed from the word KRITA and root GYA, KRITA meaning to cultivate and JA referring to a state of consciousness.

In Sanskrit, Kritajna (कृतज्ञा) means gratitude – formed from the word krita (कृत) meaning “cultivated,” and the root jna (ज्ञा) referring to a state of consciousness.

Gratitude is a powerful catalyst for happiness.

Nama means bow, as means I, and te means you. Therefore, namaste literally means “bow me you” or “I bow to you.” Namaste Gesture. It is a gesture to send a message of peaceful spirituality to the universe in the hopes of receiving a positive message back,

Pra (Sanskrit: प्र) and Anama (Sanskrit: आनम) Pranama means saluting someone by touching their feet. It only done for parents sages teachers scholars and elders. In return the receiver will give back blessings.

Dhanyawad is another word of thanks in hindi.respectful greeting made by putting one's palms together and often touching the feet of the person greeted.

In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. People feel and express gratitude in multiple ways.

Happiness is usually viewed as a state that can be reached by achieving some goal or acquiring some possession ( "I would be happy if only ...").Research suggests that happiness is more related to being grateful for what we already have, Gratitude means counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive and being thankful to God .It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a continuous basis of how much you’ve been given.

GRATITUDE for Nature

GRATITUDE for Ancestors and Parents

GRATITUDE for Divine Energy

So do it regularly

Psychology of VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA भैरव/शैव तंत्र का मनोविज्ञान PART XV...

We shall talk about the ideal conduct of a yogi Lord Shiva has propounded the idea that a sasdka must refrain from all the negative thoughts and negative qualities and work for the perfection of real human body and the life which is residing inside the physical body. he has also explained many do's and don'ts in #vigyanbhairav tantra. In my personal believe every sadhaka must understand the moral code of conduct during the sadhna so that the spirituality and spiritual path can be achieved in much more effective manner. The sense of introspection has to be developed with the passage of time and yogic practices #Gurukripa is still the base to get this type of quality because without the grace of grace #Guru one cannot achieve perfection in any of the sadhana or yogic kriyas and when the Yogi is able to analyse once behaviour and conduct. He or she should regularly try to perfect his conduct so that he may become the the ideal Yogi or Yogini #indiaagainstmutilatedyoga #yogaforneurosciences #spiritualtraverllers Presently most of the Yogi relate the spiritual powers and spirituality with just external things like wearing different ornamental and religious things like beads, roseries etc. I personally feel that one should develop internally rather than gathering the external things these external things are not the reflection of sadhana aur siddhi so one should always think about internal development rather than external....#yogaforneurosciences #spiritualtraverllers #tantraisnotsex #energy #peace #solitude #karma #shimla #hiking #sadhna #shiva #GORAKH #nath #spiritualism #kundalini #spiritualtraverllers ADESH ADESH !!!! aadesh aadesh !!

Psychology of VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA भैरव/शैव तंत्र का मनोविज्ञान PART XV...

ADESH ADESH !!! Mantra is a sacred utterance, a numinous sound, a syllable, word or phonemes, or group of words in Sanskrit believed by practitioners to have religious, magical or spiritual powers. Mantra and mantras are not just combination of words. A sadhka must put his/her eforts and internal energy so that the mantra can be energized and maximum benefit of the mantra can be obtained. In yogic terms the mantra and matra have different meanings as energy levels. If we want to define the word matra various aspects and use are on the word matra. In Hindi devnagri grammar matra is which is Vowel sound added to alphabets so that the meaning of any word can be enhance or changed. In pranayam matra #Matra is a unit of time decided upon through various techniques, and which is used to measure the duration of each act of respiration. One cannot progress on something one cannot measure. Moreover matra helps in establishing the most benefiting ratio in the sequence of the breathing process which would not have been possible without some as Matra against which the breathing processes can be measured and standardized. The time lapse between moving the palm of the hand around the knee three times can also be taken as Matra. One ancient authority attributes the time span taken to clap three times as a Matra, or it is the time taken to move the index finger around the knee and then snap it with the thumb. #indiaagainstmutilatedyoga #yogaforneurosciences #spiritualtraverllers Matra and mantra have ability to enhance our mental strength and cognitive abilities. They can be used as a therapy in vs brain related problems and improvement of mental health presently the vibrations or wave of mantras are being studies studied in terms of their effect on Brain waves we have also tried to to establish many aspects of cognition and mental health of the human beings using yogic creators in a book. The Kundalini awakening through telekinesis various aspects have been discussed the book is available on Amazon Flipkart We are trying to establish the the usefulness of mantra sadhana in the the development of healthy society both mentally and physically. #yogaforneurosciences #spiritualtraverllers #tantraisnotsex #energy #peace #solitude #karma #shimla #hiking #sadhna #shiva #GORAKH #nath #spiritualism #kundalini #spiritualtraverllers ADESH ADESH !!!! aadesh aadesh!!!

Psychology of VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA भैरव/शैव तंत्र का मनोविज्ञान PART XV...

Psychology of VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA भैरव/शैव तंत्र का मनोविज्ञान PART XV कपाल और ध्यान !! ADESH ADESH !!! Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi are the core of a yogi’s meditation practice. Dharana – Concentration, the process of holding or fixing the attention of the mind onto one object to place. Holding.Dhyana – Meditation, sustained concentration, whereby the attention continues to hold or repeat the same object or place. Samadhi – Deep absorption where only the essence of the object, place, or point is held in the forefront of the mind, as if the mind was devoid of even its own form The term dhyanam appears in Vedic literature, such as hymn 4.36.2 of the Rigveda and verse 10.11.1 of the Taittiriya Aranyaka. The term, in the sense of meditation, appears in the Upanishads. The Kaushitaki Upanishad uses it in the context of mind and meditation in verses 3.2 to 3.6, for example as follows: मनसा ध्यानमित्येकभूयं वै प्राणाः With mind, meditate on me as being prana — Kaushitaki Upanishad, 3.2 Dharna dhyana and samadhi three terms have been defined variously yogic scriptures. Best of all these three is to elevate our physical body to imbibe in to the supreme consciousness there are many Kriyas associated with dhyan. I am discussing the main concept of #kapaal. The word word Kapaal consists of two parts KA and PAAL, Ka is associated with parasakthi and Paal is mahashiv so the word kapaal has deeper meaning and represents Shiva-Shakti. Kapaal which is supposed to be used in various facets of yogic kriya is beyond the scope of understanding of human beings so we need to understand the depth and the concept Sushir Vadya is also known as Sushira or Aerophones. Sushira means 'hollow'. It is a musical instrument producing sound primarily by causing a body of air to vibrate, without use of strings or membranes, and without the vibration of instrument itself adding considerably to the sound. The Blown Air Instruments. This class of instrument is characterized by the use of air to excite the various resonators. This can be compared with human body and #Laya yoga #indiaagainstmutilatedyoga #yogaforneurosciences #spiritualtraverllers #tantraisnotsex #energy #peace #solitude #karma #shimla #hiking #sadhna #shiva #GORAKH #nath #spiritualism #kundalini #spiritualtraverllers ADESH ADESH !!!! Psychology of VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA भैरव/शैव तंत्र का मनोविज्ञान PART XI...

ADesh Adersh !! Astral body is also referred as atmik sharir, #sukshm sharir or the state of consciousness these words are somehow synonyms to each other. There various explanations in Yog vashishta upnishads and many vedic scriptures apart from this there are many sects which do encourage the development of sukshma sharir in comparison to the physical body, this is also true in yogic sciences also the astral body is regarded as the body which can be traveled from the physical body to any part of the universe or anywhere. The #astral body need to be realized with the passage of time by yogic kriyas and there are certain areas and southerners which are useful to develop the sense of astral body and moreover the astral body can be made to direct to go anywhere. There are manyKriyas which are to be done only under the supervision of suitable guide. The first and foremost aspect is to realize the consciousness state of the body. Firstly one should learn to focus on mind body and soul second step would be to become more imaginative and strong institutional aspects and lastly the foremost important thing is to do sadhana regularly. Once the physical body and astral body is realised properly the shadhka learn how to separate the astral body from the physical body. and with the passage of time with one can learn to direct astral body to travel to a short distance and slowly one can increase distance. #indiaagainstmutilatedyoga #yogaforneurosciences #spiritualtraverllers In the advancing stages leading to the beginning of the path, the aspirant becomes spiritually prepared for being entrusted with free use of the forces of the inner world of the astral bodies. He may then undertake astral journeys in his astral body, leaving the physical body in sleep or wakefulness. The astral journeys that are taken unconsciously are much less important than those undertaken with full consciousness and as a result of deliberate volition. This implies conscious use of the astral body. Conscious separation of the astral body from the outer vehicle of the gross body has its own value in making the soul feel its distinction from the gross body and in arriving at fuller control of the gross body. One can, at will, put on and take off the external gross body as if it were a cloak, and use the astral body for experiencing the inner world of the astral and for undertaking journeys through it, if and when necessary....The ability to undertake astral journeys therefore involves considerable expansion of one's scope for experience. It brings opportunities for promoting one's own spiritual advancement, which begins with the involution of consciousness This #Sadhna should be done in a protective mode so that your physical body gets protected and astral body and the physical body may return to one plane once the kriya is completed. it should be done in a serious in highly sensitive manner so that are astral and physical body do not get any type of adverse effects. #tantraisnotsex #energy #peace #solitude #karma #shimla #hiking #sadhna #shiva #GORAKH #nath #spiritualism #kundalini #spiritualtraverllers ADESH ADESH !!!!

Psychology of VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA भैरव/शैव तंत्र का मनोविज्ञान PART XI...

ADESH ADESH !! Cosmic sound is self-emerging, unlike the sound which arises when two objects collide e.g. sound created by musical instruments, clapping of hands, talking etc. Sound so created on account of collusion of objects is called AHAD NAAD. Whereas, sound which is self-emerging is called ANHAD NAAD.This sound is ETERNAL i.e. has no beginning and no end. Listening to this ANHAD NAAD consciously is called NAAD YOGA. Hindus, and Sufis alike, wrote, “The more I search, the deeper within you are In my awareness dwells your form. Kabir has lost his mind!” In Hindu tradition, the primordial sound – this “constant hum” – is rendered through Aum or Om, an attempt to codify the ineffability of the universe’s Silence into a channel accessible to human beings. Anhad nad's elusiveness stems from its inherent mysticism. It must be experienced , not acquired through second hand knowledge. #indiaagainstmutilatedyoga #yogaforneurosciences #spiritualtraverllers The omkar which is constantly flowing inside our human body in the form of NAAD can only be realized when the all the doors of all the sensors are closed from outside it means that outer KARAN or outer sensations are being closed and thus #Sadhka must look in the inner self or anta Karan so that the real sense of an Naad can be realized. As per the Hindu traditional knowledge it starts from the Neval region of the human being and about 10 types of NAADA which are considered as the stepping stone to achieve the PARASHIVA status of the Sadhaka must realise that the constant imbibitions in the on heart is the perfect samadhi state which can be achieved only when the sensors are well imbibed inside our body and the body mind and soul is directed only to hear the inner voice that is the voice of our soul #tantraisnotsex #energy #peace #solitude #karma #shimla #hiking #sadhna #shiva #GORAKH #nath #spiritualism #kundalini #spiritualtraverllers ADESH ADESH !!!!

Psychology of VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA भैरव/शैव तंत्र का मनोविज्ञान PART XI...

Chittakasha (चित्ताकाश) or SPACE of CONSCIOUSNESS

ADESH ADESH !!!

Chittakasha or Chidakasha is a Sanskrit term that means ' space of consciousness' or ' inner space'. The term comes from the Sanskrit roots , ' chit' meaning ' consciousness' and ' akasha' meaning ' ether', 'field' or ' space'. Chidakasha meditation or ' dharna' , is concentration on this inner space of consciousness'.It is also associated wit the ' agna chakrs', the ' guru chakra', positioned in the stomata behind the centre head of forehead. Yogavasishta speaks about the ' bhutakasha' ( dealing with gross matter), ' chitakasha' ( dealing with mental concepts) and ' chidakasha' ( dealing with atman).

#indiaagainstmutilatedyoga #yogaforneurosciences #spiritualtraverllers

In his Vivekachudamani, Shankara reminds that the first means to yoga is control of speech, then cessation of sense organ activity, control of mind and control of intellect. He states:-

समाहितायां सति चित्तवृत्तौ परात्मनि ब्रह्मणि निर्विकल्पे |

दृश्यते कश्चिदयं विकल्पः प्रजल्पमात्रः परिशिष्यते ततः ||

"If the mental functions are established in the true, unchanging, Higher Self, Brahman, this awareness of the phenomenal world is not experienced. What remains thereafter is merely a matter of meaningless word. "

Chittakasha is the field of the mind which invokes a deeper enquiry because there is in still the duality of the 'seer' and the ' seen'. This duality ceases to exist in 'Chidakasha' which is the field of Pure Consciousness. Chidakasha also means the ' ether of consciousness' and the space behind the forehead which is the seat of visualisation that links man with the conscious, subconscious, super conscious and also the object of meditation or ' ishta deva' or any spiritual energy

Everything that we see, or imagine, or #dream, we have to perceive in space. This is the ordinary space, or elemental space. When a Yogi reads the thoughts of other men, or perceives #supersensuous objects he sees them in another sort of space called t mental space. When perception has become objectless, and the #soul shines in its own nature, it is called the Chidâkâsha, or knowledge space. When the #Kundalini is aroused, and enters the canal of the Sushumna, all the perceptions are in the mental space...

The energy or kundalini energy feature is called consciousness and can be called as conscious energy, so consciousness actually plays in life, and conjure special meanings and conditions for this most prosaic bodily function. Though there are many scientific expalaination on the consciousness and the energy.. but the trained YOGI or sadhka experience the same what we call the highest form of #energy interwoven with psychic & physical energies, and no doubts the YOGIC energy must be blend to these..
