 the Sadhka  and the practitioners think that it is only the sexual amusement or  sexual pleasure. As per the concept of Kundalini energy and their present as  feminine and masculine characters of the human beings and spiritually known as  Shiva shakti which is present inside our body they both meet at ajna chakra and this fusion of energies at this place is called the milan and it may be termed as SAMPBHOGA means equal participation.
