Adesh Adesh !!
As a nath yogi word ADESH
ADESH is used as greeting (have discussed in earlier articles).. as presently
Namaste is frequently used due to wake of #COVID19, but very often people don’t
make difference in three, Namste Namskar and Pranam, Namaste or Namaskar is a term mainly used by #Hindus and #Indians to
show greetings and humility when they meet each other.

PERSONALLY PREFER PRANAM when
I meet someone who is not from Nath Yog parampara..namaste has origin like नमस्ते = नमः ते = मै आपके अंदर स्थित उन (ते) (परम पुरूष) के समक्ष शीश झुकाता (नमन) हूँ.. MEANING: Namaste = Namah Te = I
bow my head (Naman) to those (Te) (Param Purus) in you .. Namaste is offered to
someone who is equal to me while Namaskar is offered to someone older than
myself. Despite being synonymous with the words Namaste and Namaskar, there is
a spiritual difference between them. The word Namaskar is more sattvic than
Namaste. Both the words are namaste meaning hello. Namaskar means to see the divine
form in others, it increases spiritual power.
Say NAMSTE to someone by greetings or greetings, and do
it while going Namaste or while taking a farewell, because Namaskar or pranam
means I bow down and is attached to Namaste which means more deep or leaving. Therefore, one should do it while
taking bye.. During
#meditation, Namaste is a symbol of purity, as well as a medium that makes connections
between mind and soul. When you pronounce this word from inside, this word
connects your #mind and #soul with #spirituality. Chanting Namaste during
meditation enhances meditative state of mind..so overall these three words are
for improvement of spiritual energies besides #socialdistancing.. These have
both preventive and curative importance..PRANAM !!
