SHAKTI PAT and GRACE ( anugraha)

Adesh adesh!!
'Shakti' in Sanskrit means ' energy' and ' pat' means ' to fall'. It means ' the transmission of spiritual energy upon one person by another'.
There has been a specific Deeksha in ancient Vedic Culture & Religion known as ' Shaktipat Deeksha' which was first preached by Lord Shiva to Goddess Parvati and has been in existence forever since.
#indiaaginstmutilatedyoga

Shaktipat is considered an act of grace ( anugraha) on the part of the Master / Guru. The Master injects a current of psychic power or a doze of astral fluid of high potentiality by the touch of his hands , by casting a look or by speaking out to his disciple some word called 'mantra' or any of God's holy names or simply by a mere thought.
When the Divine power is transmitted, it acts in such a way that the dormant power of kundalini is awakened , which ultimately opens the door of ' sushumna' and rises upto cerebrum ( sahasrar) piercing through the six centres in the body.
In the scriptures of Tantra , 'kundalini shakti' is much talked about. When it reaches the ' Sahasrar chakra' , it becomes one with Shiva along with Jivatma, upon which Jivatma becomes free from the bondage and assumes the form of Parmatma itself. thanks Diksha Tiwana, for valuable contribution..
Besides the Tantric scriptures, it has also been described in the Vedic Upnishads as the ' science of Brahma' and there are several methods prescribed for its awakening. Nine forms of Goddesses i.e Hemavati, Shreevidya, Brahmi, Saraswati, Lakshmi,Navdurga etc. are all said to be the different forms of the awakening of this energy. This is also the creation of Jiva.
For desired results or achievements, the disciple must abide by the instructions of his Guru strictly and obey him with full faith, belief & motivation.

RAKSHABANDHAN

RAKSHABANDHAN KI HARDIK SHUBHKAMNAYEN
Adesh adesh !!
#indiaagainsymutilatedyoga
Mantra
'Raksha' means security and 'bandhan' means bond, which clearly signifies the meaning behind the Hindu festival. The date at which the festival is celebrated each year keeps changing, but it is generally celebrated during this time of the year.
According to Hindu mythology, during #Mahabharata, #Draupadi had dressed up Lord Krishna's with an end of her saree, after he cut it using his discus. He promised to always take care of her, and protect her; which he did when she was humiliated in the Hastinapur royal court.
Subhadra was born as Krishna and Balarama’s affectionate sister. Krishna made her marry the great warrior Arjuna. Subhadra later begot a legendary warrior son with Arjuna who was named as Abhimanyu. Similar to these many legends are associated
Back in the day, it was in the context of times ahead of battle or war. Old gender roles define the male as the "protector" - the festival has a sister tying a rakhi to the brother praying for his safety and long life, the brother also promises to shield her against all harm.Over the years, as the need for such gender roles diluted - siblings in general, other relations and even close friends began tying rakhi to commit to the bond between each other. #yog #yognidra #shwasnidra #Himalayas #yogini #nath #shakti #energy #peace #solitude #karma #shimla Adesh Adesh !!!

SHIVA-SHAKTI ... As Guru-Shishya Prampara

ADESH ADESH !!!
Lord Shiva took on the role of Adi Guru in order to reveal the reality of entire creation and the first Shishya became Ma Parvati. This is when Guru Shishya relationship started..Lord Shiva upgraded His Shishya Parvati's consciousness through the process called Shaktipat. Devi Parvati agreed to the conditions imposed by Lord Shiva and pleaded To be accepted as His disciple. Lord Shiva agreed to do so. Thanks, Matashree
Diksha Tiwana
for valuable contribution.
Within the broad spectrum of the Hindu religion , the Guru _ Shishya relationship can be found in numerous variant forms including Tantra. A formal recognition of this relationship , generally in a structured initiation ceremony where the Guru accepts the ' initiate' as ' shishya' and also accepts responsibility for the spiritual well- being and progress of the new '. shishya'.
Sometimes this initiation process includes the conveying of specific esoteric wisdom or meditation techniques. In chapter 36 of Sri Tantraloka, Abhinavgupt describes in detail how the Guru - Shishya transmission takes place. Abhinavgupt succinctly lays down the aim of his Shastra __' the removal of veil of ignorance'.
Vedanta and Shaivism profess the same aim. In Vedanta , the negation of the facts of experience are a must pre supposition for realisation of the Self . But in #Trika, there is no negative approach towards the universe but infact an affirmation of the facts of experience with new interpretation.
With this positive understanding of the environs, the ' realizer' is simply face to face with Self Recognition which in Shaiva terminology is called Self Realization.

AGAM- NIGAM (coming –going ) Gyan.. KNOWLEDGE of LIFE AND DEATH

'Thy father's glorious body was burnt' : this was the end showed to me. Teaching me the knowledge of the Scriptures induced me to give up my throne. My Lord Guru, have mercy !! I am come to take of the saintship." My Sat Guru Ji, have mercy !!!!.... SHOW ME THE TRUE PATH
After hearing the truth of LIFE –DEATH, a disciple requests SATGURU. To show the real path of life, the path of TRUTHFULNESS. Truth is the property of being in accord with fact or reality. In everyday language, truth is typically ascribed to things that aim to represent reality. Its possible only when th person realizes the importance of human life. Truthfulness allows you to be honest about yourself to yourself, and to others, and to live a life which reflects that. So you need clarity of the thoughts, because the life you live is simply the refection of your thoughts, thought depends on knowledge, and the knowledge does not cover everything. Therefore thought should not be able to handle everything that happens. If your brain remain bound to certain stigmas, then there will be no knowledge, no thoughts and NOT EVEN TRUTHFULNESS..

Chittakasha (चित्ताकाश) or SPACE of CONSCIOUSNESS

ADESH ADESH !!!
Chittakasha or Chidakasha is a Sanskrit term that means ' space of consciousness' or ' inner space'. The term comes from the Sanskrit roots , ' chit' meaning ' consciousness' and ' akasha' meaning ' ether', 'field' or ' space'. Chidakasha meditation or ' dharna' , is concentration on this inner space of consciousness'.It is also associated wit the ' agna chakrs', the ' guru chakra', positioned in the stomata behind the centre head of forehead. Yogavasishta speaks about the ' bhutakasha' ( dealing with gross matter), ' chitakasha' ( dealing with mental concepts) and ' chidakasha' ( dealing with atman).
In his Vivekachudamani, Shankara reminds that the first means to yoga is control of speech, then cessation of sense organ activity, control of mind and control of intellect. He states:-
"If the mental functions are established in the true, unchanging, Higher Self, Brahman, this awareness of the phenomenal world is not experienced. What remains thereafter is merely a matter of meaningless word. "
Chittakasha is the field of the mind which invokes a deeper enquiry because there is in still the duality of the 'seer' and the ' seen'. This duality ceases to exist in 'Chidakasha' which is the field of Pure Consciousness. Chidakasha also means the ' ether of consciousness' and the space behind the forehead which is the seat of visualisation that links man with the conscious, subconscious, super conscious and also the object of meditation or ' ishta deva' or any spiritual energy
Everything that we see, or imagine, or #dream, we have to perceive in space. This is the ordinary space, or elemental space. When a Yogi reads the thoughts of other men, or perceives #supersensuous objects he sees them in another sort of space called t mental space. When perception has become objectless, and the #soul shines in its own nature, it is called the Chidâkâsha, or knowledge space. When the #Kundalini is aroused, and enters the canal of the Sushumna, all the perceptions are in the mental space...
The energy or kundalini energy feature is called consciousness and can be called as conscious energy, so consciousness actually plays in life, and conjure special meanings and conditions for this most prosaic bodily function. Though there are many scientific expalaination on the consciousness and the energy.. but the trained YOGI or sadhka experience the same what we call the highest form of #energy interwoven with psychic & physical energies, and no doubts the YOGIC energy must be blend to these..

The Gāyatrī Mantra is a highly revered mantra from the Vedas. The Gayatri mantra is one of the oldest and most powerful of Sanskrit mantras.
The Mahaa Naarayana Upanishad lists many Gayathri mantras. It is generally understood that the traditional prayer of a particular diety is not complete without the recitation of the Gayathri of that deity. Gayatri mantra was kept secret for many ages by our Rishis and as to have sanctity of the vaedic to be maintained. There are many types of gayatri mantra which are used in different occasions and sadhna. Mantra mentioned above is for only general prayers and is very suitable for children and students. In Yog padhatis we have aleel gayatri, #aghora gayatri, samdh gayatri and many more..
SHRIMAD DEVI BHAGWAT PURAN GODDESS GAYATRI IS ULTIMATE REALITY AND EXIST IN 24 FORMS.. Sanatana Bharata
Those to be practiced under supervision of a learned master only as the yogic kriyas are to accompanied with the mantras ..In some puranas, Gayatri is said to be the other names of Sarasvati, the wife of Brahma According to Matsya Purana, Brahma's left half emerged as a female, who is celebrated under the names of Sarasvati, Savitri and Gayatri. In Kurma #Purana, Gautama rishi was blessed by Goddess Gayatri and able to eliminate the obstacles he faced in his life. Skanda Purana tells that Gayatri is the wife of Brahma.. Gayatri further developed into a fierce goddess who could even slay a demon. According to Varaha Purana and Mahabharata, Goddess Gayatri slayed the demon Vetrasura, the son of Vritra and river Vetravati, on a Navami day
#Spiritual people need to understand the importance of purity of mantras and their methodology so as to have maximum benefits .. . #yog #yognidra #shwasnidra #Himalayas #yogini #nath #shakti #energy #peace #solitude #karma #shimla Adesh Adesh !!!
