IT TOOK MILLIONS OF YEARS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, our human civilization had very long journey from bullock cart to jet planes...we made deep efforts to make our lives more and nore comfortable with AC, TV, cars, and many more things. Certainly we paid the cost by going away from nature and natural environment. Now living in large or small apartments...hardly we see the SKY, NEITHER SUNRISE NOR SUNSET.. I MUST SAY WE HAVE BLINDED OUR EYES WITHE MYSTERIES OF MATERIALISM.. WE LEARN SURYANAMSKAR IN CLASSES..BUT DON'T SEE THE SUN... WHAT TYPE OF YOGA WE DO..???? Its a funny Situation for both YOGA AND HUMANS...
