समाधि = सम + आधि ।
सम = बराबर ।
आधि ,व्याधि और उपाधि मे एक जैसा चिन्तन हो तो सहज समाधि। हमेशा एक से जुङे रहना खाते पीते नहाते उठते बैठते सहज समाधि। संकल्प और विकल्प से नही होती समाधि ।समाधि तो निर्विकल्प होती है ।
लोग अभानावस्था को समाधि कह देते है ।
कष्ट उठाकर समाधि नही ।।समाधि सहज लगी जिसकी वो संपूर्ण जगा ।
SAMADHI IS  SHIVA-SHAKTI ONENESS STATE YOG PANTH 
Samadhi is the result of union of #Siva and Sakti at #Sahasrara; the Yogi in Samadhi remains in Turiya state of consciousness and duality does not exist. He sees #onenessin all objects and dualities; his behavior is infant-like, not knowing the difference between man and woman, heat and cold, rope and snake.
