We are all part of SHIVA SHAKTI, we cannot escape this eternal law if we are , then we are escaping from life. Vedanta describes that all other forms of life below the level of human consciousness cannot escape the chain of karma under normal circumstances. Therefore, Vedanta emphasizes the importance of the human form of life. Though all religious books advocates good deeds but there explanation given in the text is useless if it is not done practically...
पुस्तकस्था तु या विद्या परहस्तगतं धनम् | कार्यकाले समुत्पन्ने न सा विद्या न तद् धनम् ||
The knowledge which is residing in the book and one's wealth which is in possession of some other person is of no use at all. At the time of it's need they will not be of any help for the person.
The human race has an obligation to protect and guide not only mankind but also all lower forms of life. We can either destroy ourselves and other life forms or we can act in a way that uplifts and benefits the world, thus making a meaningful use of our human form of life.
