ADESH ADESH !!! Meditation is also the procedure or combination of procedures to improve the SELF AWARENESS. Its very basic question when we are start meditating,, if we think deeply on this topic it would reveal extraordinary state that the mind had probably never touched, a dimension not touched by superficial thinking..
