KRITAGYATA (कृतज्ञता) is
formed from the word KRITA and
root GYA, KRITA meaning to cultivate and JA referring to a state of consciousness.
In Sanskrit, Kritajna (कृतज्ञा) means gratitude – formed from the word krita
(कृत) meaning “cultivated,” and the root jna (ज्ञा) referring to a state of
consciousness.
“Gratitude is
a powerful catalyst for happiness.
Nama means bow, as means I, and te means you.
Therefore, namaste literally means “bow me you” or “I bow to
you.” Namaste Gesture. It is a gesture to send a message of peaceful spirituality
to the universe in the hopes of receiving a positive message back,
Pra (Sanskrit: प्र) and Anama (Sanskrit:
आनम) Pranama means saluting
someone by touching their feet. It only done for parents sages teachers
scholars and elders. In return the receiver will give back blessings.
Dhanyawad is another word of thanks in hindi.respectful greeting made by putting one's palms
together and often touching the feet of the person greeted.
