by this video i  want to explain the real truth about the tundra and yogic system.I think the Western world has misrepresented or yogic system especially in the case of tantra. And the real concept of Tantra  has not been given to the people.

 the Sadhka  and the practitioners think that it is only the sexual amusement or  sexual pleasure. As per the concept of Kundalini energy and their present as  feminine and masculine characters of the human beings and spiritually known as  Shiva shakti which is present inside our body they both meet at ajna chakra and this fusion of energies at this place is called the milan and it may be termed as SAMPBHOGA means equal participation. We have also explain that both of these energies should be equally maintained

yogic practices show the fission or Milan are some should not be confused with the bodily relationship as it is being presented in these days.
