Psychology of VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA भैरव/शैव तंत्र का मनोविज्ञान PART XV कपाल और ध्यान !! ADESH ADESH !!! Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi are the core of a yogi’s meditation practice. Dharana – Concentration, the process of holding or fixing the attention of the mind onto one object to place. Holding.Dhyana – Meditation, sustained concentration, whereby the attention continues to hold or repeat the same object or place. Samadhi – Deep absorption where only the essence of the object, place, or point is held in the forefront of the mind, as if the mind was devoid of even its own form The term dhyanam appears in Vedic literature, such as hymn 4.36.2 of the Rigveda and verse 10.11.1 of the Taittiriya Aranyaka. The term, in the sense of meditation, appears in the Upanishads. The Kaushitaki Upanishad uses it in the context of mind and meditation in verses 3.2 to 3.6, for example as follows: मनसा ध्यानमित्येकभूयं वै प्राणाः With mind, meditate on me as being prana — Kaushitaki Upanishad, 3.2 Dharna dhyana and samadhi three terms have been defined variously yogic scriptures. Best of all these three is to elevate our physical body to imbibe in to the supreme consciousness there are many Kriyas associated with dhyan. I am discussing the main concept of #kapaal. The word word Kapaal consists of two parts KA and PAAL, Ka is associated with parasakthi and Paal is mahashiv so the word kapaal has deeper meaning and represents Shiva-Shakti. Kapaal which is supposed to be used in various facets of yogic kriya is beyond the scope of understanding of human beings so we need to understand the depth and the concept Sushir Vadya is also known as Sushira or Aerophones. Sushira means 'hollow'. It is a musical instrument producing sound primarily by causing a body of air to vibrate, without use of strings or membranes, and without the vibration of instrument itself adding considerably to the sound. The Blown Air Instruments. This class of instrument is characterized by the use of air to excite the various resonators. This can be compared with human body and #Laya yoga #indiaagainstmutilatedyoga #yogaforneurosciences #spiritualtraverllers #tantraisnotsex #energy #peace #solitude #karma #shimla #hiking #sadhna #shiva #GORAKH #nath #spiritualism #kundalini #spiritualtraverllers ADESH ADESH !!!!
